Before...

Goofing around at work, I was wearing layers like the
mannequins do. I was 196 here.
The highest I've ever weighed. (2006)

Again...you can see the extra baggage much easier here! Oy!
196 lbs, wicked close to a size 16. 14's were getting snug... in
fact, I think I had some dress pants that I wore quite
often for work that were a size 16! (2006)
